1. Overview

Jilbel Lab Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us”) provides creative and digital marketing services for small businesses through jilbel.com. We primarily serve businesses in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. By contacting us, engaging our services, or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services

Jilbel Lab Inc. offers creative, technology, and digital marketing services for small businesses, including:

  • Photography & Video / Reels production
  • Website design & custom app development
  • Branding & graphic design
  • Google Business optimization & review strategy
  • Local SEO & digital growth (monthly retainer)
  • Digital advertising management — Google & Meta (monthly retainer)
  • AI & automation solutions
  • Industry-specific packages (Nail & Beauty, Restaurants)

The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timeline for each project will be outlined in a separate proposal or agreement provided before work begins.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into agreements on behalf of your business to engage our services.

4. Payments & Billing

  • One-time project fees are invoiced prior to or upon project completion, as agreed in writing.
  • Monthly retainer services (SEO, advertising management) are billed at the start of each billing cycle.
  • Payments are due within the timeframe specified on the invoice.
  • Ad spend for advertising campaigns is separate from our management fees and is billed directly by Google or Meta to the client.
  • We do not store your credit card information. Payments are processed securely.

5. Refund Policy

  • Deposits and payments made for completed work are non-refundable.
  • For monthly retainer services, you may cancel with 30 days written notice. No refunds are issued for the current billing period.
  • If we are unable to deliver the agreed service, we will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a partial refund at our discretion.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback, and access to platforms needed to complete the work.
  • Delays caused by late client feedback or missing materials may affect project timelines.
  • You confirm that you have the rights to any materials (logos, images, content) you provide to us for use in your project.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, you own the final delivered assets (photos, videos, website, design files) created specifically for your project.
  • Jilbel Lab Inc. retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
  • Our brand, website content, templates, and proprietary processes remain the property of Jilbel Lab Inc..

8. Reviews & Authenticity

Our review strategy services help you encourage genuine reviews from real customers. We never purchase, fabricate, or post fake reviews on your behalf. All review practices comply with Google's and applicable platforms' policies.

9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate monthly retainer services with 30 days written notice.
  • We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if a client engages in fraudulent activity, abusive behavior toward our team, or violates these Terms.
  • Outstanding balances remain due upon termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided in good faith based on the information you provide. Jilbel Lab Inc. does not guarantee specific business results, revenue increases, or ranking positions from SEO or advertising services, as these depend on many factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jilbel Lab Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at [email protected]. If unresolved after 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Greene County, NY.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
