Jilbel Lab Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us”) operates jilbel.com and its associated products including JilBel AI (ai.jilbel.com), NailQR, and FillHour. By accessing our website or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Jilbel Lab Inc. builds AI-powered solutions for small businesses. Our current products include:

• NailQR — Smart QR solutions for salons
• FillHour — Intelligent scheduling & optimization

Each product may have additional terms specific to its service. By using a specific product, you also agree to its product-specific terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using any of our products, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Account & Acceptable Use

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account on any of our products.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You may not use our services for illegal activities, to generate harmful content, or to abuse our AI systems.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All AI-generated analyses, texts, and images across our products are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making business decisions based on AI output. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content.

6. Intellectual Property

• AI-generated content created through your use of our products belongs to you, subject to the terms of the respective AI providers (OpenAI, Google).
• The Jilbel Lab platform, tools, algorithms, branding, and all associated product names (JilBel AI, NailQR, FillHour) remain the property of Jilbel Lab Inc.

7. Payments & Billing

• Payments for our products are processed by third-party payment processors (e.g., LemonSqueezy, Stripe). We do not store your credit card information.
• Subscription and pricing terms vary by product. Refer to the specific product's pricing page for details.
• Refund policies are handled on a per-product basis.

8. Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time from the respective product's settings page.
• We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our services.
• After account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days, except records required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jilbel Lab Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jilbel Lab Inc., its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your misuse of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.

Before filing any formal dispute, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting the other party for at least 30 days. You may initiate this process by emailing [email protected].

If informal resolution fails, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in Greene County, NY, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
